FAQ > Tickets & prices
Everything you need to know about buying tickets for a match at the Lotto Park, all in one place.
When can I buy tickets, both online and at the ticket office?
Ticket sales open at the latest in the week leading up to the match. We recommend regularly checking our ticketing page, where we communicate the start of sales in a timely manner.
At the start of each ticket sale, Mauve+ Gold and Mauve+ Silver members have priority to purchase tickets for themselves, other Mauve+ members, fans under 21, and one additional ticket for a non-member. Once this priority period ends, general sales begin, provided that tickets are still available.
Two days before the match, the RSCA Resale also opens, where tickets from season ticket holders who cannot attend are made available to everyone.
On match day itself, it is no longer possible to buy tickets at the ticket office. The ticketing desk is open that day for other inquiries, from two hours before kickoff until the start of the match. You can find the ticketing office at Théo Verbeecklaan 2, 1070 Anderlecht (to the left of Entrance 2).
How do I buy and personalize tickets?
To purchase tickets, you need a MAUVE ID, which you automatically receive when you create an RSCA account via our website. Once you have an account and it is verified, you can log in, select the desired match, choose your seats, and proceed with the purchase.
Important: each ticket must be linked to a unique MAUVE ID. Make sure that friends or family members for whom you are buying tickets also create their own RSCA account. Once their profile is created, they will have a MAUVE ID that can be used to assign the ticket in their name. This ensures that every ticket is properly registered according to Belgian identity verification laws.
You can easily make purchases for friends or family so that all tickets can be managed from a single profile. During the purchase, click “Assign” and then “Add User”, and fill in the necessary details for the person you are buying for. That person will then receive an email to verify their RSCA account.
If you want to buy a ticket for a child under 12 years old who does not have their own email address, you can add a new child profile during the ticket assignment process. Use your own email with an addition, for example: thorgan.hazard+childname@gmail.com. This applies only to children under 12; older children must have their own email address.
If you are not a Belgian resident, you can verify your RSCA profile via Onfido. You will be asked to upload a selfie and a photo of your identity document to confirm your profile.
During general sales, you can purchase as many tickets as you like, provided each ticket is linked to a unique MAUVE ID. If you choose to personalize your tickets after purchase, this must be done no later than 24 hours before the match. Log in with the email used for the purchase, go to Orders, open the transaction, and for each ticket click “Assign Owner”. Then enter the MAUVE ID of the person who will use the ticket.
After personalization, tickets will be available in the APP. Please note that for youth tickets (-21 years) or child tickets (-12 years), you must always assign a MAUVE ID of someone who falls within the correct age category.
Where can I find my tickets?
Downloading and printing a PDF version of your ticket is no longer possible. You can enter the stadium digitally by scanning your ticket via the RSCA App.
What should I do if something goes wrong with my purchase or I can’t find my tickets?
If you have made a payment but receive a message that the transaction has failed, please contact ticketing via the contact form. Include your MAUVE ID, transaction number, and attach proof of payment so that we can quickly verify your payment.
If you have not made a payment, it is best to wait 15 minutes and then restart the purchase.
Note: You will no longer receive PDF tickets by email. All tickets are digital and can be easily accessed in the RSCA App once the payment has been successfully processed.
Can I get a refund for tickets or receive an invoice?
Once you have purchased your tickets, refunds are not possible. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your tickets to someone else using the “Share your seat” option.
Would you like to receive an invoice for your purchase? This can be done easily via our website. Log in to your account, click on your name, and go to Orders. Select the purchase for which you want an invoice, click “Request Invoice”, fill in your billing details, and then download the invoice.
What are the ticket prices?
Children up to and including 6 years old can enter for free when accompanied, without a ticket. However, no seat is reserved for them—they can sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

How can I purchase a ticket voucher?
A ticket voucher can be used for matches at Lotto Park during the season for which the voucher was purchased, with the exception of Belgian Cup (Croky Cup) matches.
To use your voucher, go to ticketing.rsca.be, log in with your RSCA account, and select the match for which you want to use the voucher. Choose your desired seats and proceed to payment. Then enter the MAUVE ID of the person who will use the ticket and enter the voucher code under “Use voucher”. The code remains valid until the full value of the voucher has been used.
If you do not yet have a MAUVE ID, you can easily create an RSCA account via our website.
Important: purchasing a voucher does not guarantee a ticket for a specific match. If a match is sold out, the voucher will not be refunded. Unused vouchers are also not refundable after the end of the season. If there is still a remaining balance on the voucher, the same code remains active until the full amount has been used.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, go to ticketing.rsca.be, log in, click “My Account” in the top right corner, go to “Vouchers”, and copy your voucher code there.
