FAQ > RSCA Resale & share your ticket
Are you a season ticket holder but unable to attend a match? Then put your seat up for sale via RSCA Resale, or transfer your seat to a friend, family member, or acquaintance. You’ll only need that person’s MAUVE ID/email address to transfer your season ticket for that match. Once the transfer is complete, your friend or acquaintance will receive an email with their ticket.
Please note: you can only put your seat up for sale once the match is sold out. In addition, season tickets and match tickets are strictly personal — identity checks may take place at the entrance of the Lotto Park.
Can I get my seat back or transfer it to someone else after I’ve already transferred it?
No, you can only transfer your seat once. Make sure that the person you’re transferring it to can attend.
Sell your season ticket seat on RSCA Resale
The only official and safe way to sell your seat to a fellow supporter
If a match is sold out, season ticket holders can sell their seat if they are unable to attend.
How does it work?
- Once a match is sold out, season ticket holders who cannot attend can put their seat up for sale.
- Seats offered for sale are sold on ticketing.rsca.be. Download the app or subscribe to the newsletter to stay informed when these seats become available.
- If your seat is sold, you will receive a credit at the end of your season ticket year, which can be used toward the renewal of your subscription.
How to put your seat up for sale:
- Go to ticketing.rsca.be and log in with the email linked to your season ticket.
- Click your name in the top right corner and then ‘My Account’.
- Scroll down to “Season tickets” (not “Tickets”) and click the icon at the bottom right.
- You’ll see all matches - scroll to the match you want and click ‘Sell your seat’.
IMPORTANT: Once you put your seat up for sale, you can no longer attend the match. Only put your seat up for sale if you are certain you cannot come.
Does RSCA Resale apply to every match?
RSCA Resale only applies when the Lotto Park is sold out. RSCA reserves the right to activate the Resale.
If my seat hasn’t been sold, can I still attend the match?
As long as your seat hasn’t been sold, you can reclaim it. You will receive a ticket for your season ticket seat. Your season ticket itself remains invalid for this match.
To reclaim your seat:
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Click “My Account”.
- Click “Options” and then “RSCA Resale”.
- Reclaim your seat and download the E-ticket.
I want to buy a ticket via RSCA Resale, how do I do this?
Seats are sold, just like regular ticket sales, on ticketing.rsca.be. Sign up for the newsletter to stay informed when tickets go on sale.
How much will I receive if my seat is sold?
If your seat is sold, you will receive a credit at the end of the season, which can be used toward renewing your season ticket. This credit is 85% of 1/20 of your season ticket price, as a regular Jupiler Pro League season consists of 20 matches.
Below are the credits per seat. These amounts are adjusted according to your discount rate. Anyone under 12 receives 50% of the credit, people under 21 receive 65% of the credit.

I’ve put my seat up for sale, but I don’t see it appear on ticketing.rsca.be. Why is that?
Seats that have been put up for sale are released together at a later time - usually on Friday before a home match during the weekend.
How can I know if my seat has been sold in RSCA Resale?
You can check this in your RSCA profile under the "RSCA Resale" section.
