Share Your Seat
Can’t attend a match? Transfer your seat to a friend, family member, or acquaintance.
Unable to attend a match? Transfer your season ticket or match ticket to a friend or acquaintance free of charge. Make sure that person has an account or creates one, then enter their Mauve ID/email address to transfer your ticket. The ticket will then appear in their profile via the RSCA app.
Season tickets and match tickets are strictly personal, and ID checks may take place at any game. Always ensure that the name on the ticket matches the person attending the stadium. Can’t make it to the match? Pass on your ticket or season ticket.
Follow the steps below.
Transfer a season ticket
1. Go to ticketing.rsca.be and log in with the email address of your season ticket.
2. Go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Season Tickets’.
3. Select the match and click on ‘Share Your Seat’.
4. Enter the MAUVE ID or email address of the recipient (no ID yet? → account.rsca.be).
5. The price remains €0, click on ‘Checkout’
6. The recipient will receive the ticket by email.
Transfer a ticket
1. Go to ticketing.rsca.be and log in with your RSCA profile.
2. Go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Tickets’
3. Select the match and click on ‘Transfer the Ticket’.
4. Enter the MAUVE ID or email address of the recipient (no ID yet? → account.rsca.be)
5. The price remains €0, click on ‘Checkout’
6. The recipient will receive the ticket by email.
IMPORTANT: *You can only transfer your seat once. Make sure the person you’re sending it to can attend.
**Use this option only to pass your season-ticket seat to a friend or acquaintance. To sell your seat to third parties, RSCA Resale is the only official and legal resale platform.
