FAQ > RSCA account & Mauve ID
Attending a match at the Lotto Park is always a good idea. Tickets can be easily purchased online. For your first purchase, you will go through a one-time registration process that takes just a few minutes.
Football regulations require that every match attendee is identified. Therefore, each ticket must be assigned to a unique individual, and your profile must be verified. Depending on your age or nationality, this is done via ItsMe or Onfido.
How do I create an RSCA account?
1. Create an RSCA profile
If you don’t have an RSCA profile yet, you first need to create one at login.rsca.be.
Regardless of your age or nationality, everyone needs an RSCA profile to enter the stadium. Even if you are buying tickets for friends, they will need to create their own profile.
2. Verify your profile
Once you have an RSCA profile, you can log in at ticketing.rsca.be. If this is your first time buying tickets, you will need to verify your profile. This can be done via ItsMe or Onfido.
3. Friends & Family
Add your friends or family to your RSCA account and manage ticket purchases from one place. This way, all purchases can be handled from a single RSCA account without separate logins.
How to link accounts:
- Log in to your RSCA account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll down and enter a valid Mauve ID/email of a friend or family member who has an RSCA account.
- Ask your friend/family member to log in once online using their email.
- They must accept the request at the bottom of the page.
Once accepted, your accounts are linked, and you can now purchase tickets for each other.
How can I verify my identity?
The new football regulations state that, starting next season, all supporters must verify their identity online.
Every fan aged 16 or older must identify themselves via ItsMe or Onfido in order to purchase tickets or season passes.
Once successfully verified, your identity remains valid for the rest of the season.
Children under 16 do not need to verify their identity.
Option 1: Via ItsMe
ItsMe is a secure digital identification app that allows you to verify your identity using your smartphone. You log in with your PIN, facial recognition, or fingerprint, and your identity is instantly verified. This method is available for Belgian and Dutch citizens.
Option 2: Via Onfido
If you are not a Belgian or Dutch citizen, or do not have ItsMe, you can verify your identity via Onfido. Onfido will ask you to take a photo of a valid identity document (such as a passport or residence card) and a selfie. The application automatically checks whether the document is genuine and valid.
After successful verification, your profile will be confirmed and linked to your RSCA account.
What is a Mauve ID?
The MAUVE ID is your identification number with the club. With this number, you can easily purchase tickets, link tickets, and access your information. You receive a MAUVE ID when you create an RSCA account
