Paul Delrez, Wout Bru, and other top chefs step behind the stove at Lotto Park

La Table du Chef

Over the coming months, La Table du Chef will welcome several special guest chefs. Among others, Paul Delrez and Wout Bru are taking over the restaurant. What's more, the restaurant has undergone a complete makeover. Bookings for VIP packages are now open.

Following the news that Le Saint-Guidon has been taken over by Sir Kwinten, La Table du Chef is also bringing top chefs to the helm. After Koen Somers and Jean-Philippe De Pessemier kicked things off; Thijs Vervloet, Paul Delrez, and Wout Bru are next in line. The interior has also been renovated—come discover it during the upcoming home match against Westerlo.

On October 31 against Westerlo, Thijs Vervloet, head chef of two-star restaurant Maison Colette, takes center stage. He is renowned for his refined French-Belgian cuisine, celebrating classic preparations, high-quality ingredients, and rich sauces.

Just a few days later, for the European match against RB Salzburg, Instagram sensation Paul Delrez takes over the kitchen. With his Hot Regressive Cuisine, he gives nostalgic comfort food a surprising modern twist. The Brussels chef is a hit not just on social media, but also in print: his self-titled cookbook became an instant bestseller. Delrez returns to Lotto Park on December 10 for the clash against Hoffenheim.

Curtis Maquet from Le Beau Rivage will also make an appearance. The talented young chef gained experience at two-star restaurant La Table de Maxime before opening his own restaurant along the Meuse in 2024. With his refined, contemporary French cuisine, he was named Remarkable Newcomer of the Year 2025 by Gault&Millau.

Wout Bru brings the culinary calendar year to a close during the home game against STVV on December 27. The renowned Michelin-starred chef, famous for Le Sanglier des Ardennes in Durbuy, has built an impressive career across Belgium and France. His cuisine combines Mediterranean influences with a deep passion for quality ingredients and sophisticated flavors.
