All information about purchasing merchandise in the RSCA webshop.
How do I create an account on the webshop?
- Go to shop.rsca.be
- Click on the icon in the top right corner
- Log in with your RSCA account or register and create an RSCA account
- Once you have created your account, you can log in and make purchases
How long is the delivery time?
RSCA works with its official logistics partner DHL for deliveries from the webshop. DHL will deliver your package via the DHL Express service.
Delivery will take place within 3 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Personalized shirts may require an additional 1 to 2 days.
Personalized items in the “Personalize” category have a delivery time of 10 to 12 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Orders over €100 in Belgium are shipped free of charge. For orders under €100, we charge €7.50 for shipping.

Who is eligible for a discount at the webshop?
Subscribers, Mauve Ket members, and members of the National Lottery enjoy a 10% discount on all items in the fanshop, except:
- items that state otherwise (e.g., collaborations);
- items with discounts;
- VIP box.
Please note that the discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
Both Mauve+ members (Silver & Gold) and Mauve TV members are not eligible for the discount.
Can I exchange purchased products?
Yes, products can be exchanged up to two weeks after purchase.
Please note: products sold as part of a promotion cannot be exchanged, nor can printed shirts.
Can I have products ordered via the webshop delivered to the fanshop?
No. The webshop delivers directly to your home or to a pick-up point of your choice. However, the fanshop is not a recognized pick-up point for online orders.
Is every item available in the webshop also available in the fanshop?
No. The fanshop and webshop are not managed by the same organization and therefore do not have the same stock. It is therefore possible that certain items are sold out in the fanshop but still available online.
In addition, a number of products are only available through the webshop.
Can I have products ordered via the webshop delivered to the fanshop?
