When is the fanshop open?

Where is the fanshop located?
The fanshop is located at the stadium, between entrances 4 & 5.
Is there parking available at the fanshop?
Yes, you can park at the fanshop, via the Lindeplein.
What are the payment options in the fanshop?

- Mastercard
- Visa
- Cash
Can I exchange purchased products in the fanshop?
Yes, products can be exchanged up to two weeks after purchase. We do ask that you keep your receipt for this purpose.
Please note: products sold on promotion are not exchangeable, nor are printed shirts.
Can I exchange products purchased via the webshop at the fanshop?
No. The webshop and fanshop are not managed by the same institution. As a result, it is not possible to exchange products purchased in the fanshop in the webshop and vice versa.
Who gets a discount at the fanshop?
Subscribers, Mauve Ket members, and members of the National Lottery enjoy a 10% discount on all items in the fanshop, except:
- items that state otherwise (e.g., collaborations);
- items with discounts;
- VIP box.
Please note that the discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
Both Mauve+ members (Silver & Gold) and Mauve TV members are not eligible for the discount.
How much does printing cost, and can I choose what to print?
The price of printing depends on what you choose: just a name, or a name and number. You can also personalize your jersey with your own name. The exact prices can be found in the fanshop or at shop.rsca.be.
Can I have a shirt printed that I bought earlier, or have it printed later in the fanshop?
Yes, you can. You can have a jersey you purchased earlier (including via the webshop) printed later in the fanshop.
What should I do if the print comes off my shirt?
If the print comes off, you can go to the fanshop if the printing was done on site. The staff will take care of resolving the issue.

Can I exchange or return a printed shirt?
Printed shirts cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Please note: shirts belonging to players who leave the club or change their jersey number are not eligible for exchange.
How should I wash and care for a printed shirt?
Wash your shirt inside out, at a maximum of 30°C, without using a tumble dryer and without ironing directly on the print. This helps preserve the quality of the printing for longer.
