What is Mauve+ Gold?
As a Mauve+ Gold member, you become a premium fan of purple and white. In addition to your unique collector's set, you are entitled to a premium box with an official shirt with your choice of print, to be redeemed in the webshop.
- Access to Mauve TV
- Priority ticket sales
- Official jersey 26-27 with badge in a premium box
- A chance to walk onto the pitch as a flag bearer
I want to become a Mauve+ Gold member
There are two ways to become a Mauve+ Gold member: via ticketing.rsca.be or via shop.rsca.be.
If you order via ticketing.rsca.be, you will get immediate access to Mauve TV and Mauve+ ticket sales. Within 3 working days, you will also receive a code to order your box with the shirt.
Via ticketing.rsca.be
1. Go to ticketing.rsca.be and navigate to the Mauve+ Gold product.
2. Assign the membership to the correct account.
3. Click on checkout and complete the payment process.
4. You are now a Mauve+ Gold member. You will receive a code to order your Mauve+ Gold box within 3 working days. Your membership will automatically renew in one year.
If you order via shop.rsca.be, you must purchase and personalise your shirt immediately, and after your order, you will receive a code to redeem your access to Mauve TV and priority ticketing.
Via shop.rsca.be
- Go to shop.rsca.be.
- Order your Mauve+ Gold box and choose your shirt “MAUVE+ GOLD BOX 26/27 - GIFT”.
- Enter the shipping details and check out.
- You will receive a code via email to activate your membership on ticketing.rsca.be. This will grant you unlimited access to Mauve TV and priority on ticket sales.
When can I order my box with the shirt?
If you are a new Mauve+ Gold member, you will receive your code within 3 working days. If you are already a member, you will receive your code as soon as your membership has been automatically renewed. You can find your expiration date under "my subscriptions" in your ticketing profile.
If you do not wish to wait and want to order your shirt right away, you can cancel your current membership and purchase Mauve+ Gold again to become a member.
Please note: if you do this, the remaining months and associated benefits of your current membership (priority ticketing and access to Mauve TV) will be voided.
How can I order my box with shirt?
You now have unlimited access to Mauve TV and can purchase tickets during the priority period. Within 3 working days, you will receive a voucher code by email to order your premium box with shirt and pin badge set:
- Log in to shop.rsca.be with the profile you use for your Mauve+ Gold membership.
- Now “Mauve+ Gold” will appear in the menu bar, click on it (do not click on ‘Memberships’).
- Select the product “MAUVE+ GOLD BOX 2026/2027 - HOME / AWAY - REDEEM” (not “GIFT”).
- Choose your preferred shirt and select the corresponding product, “Mauve+ Gold Box - Away” or “Mauve+ Gold Box - Home”.
- If you are logged in and have not yet ordered a box, you can use the code and the price will drop to €0.
- You can now choose the size, personalise the shirt, and complete your order.
I do not want to wait until my membership renews to order my new shirt. I want to order the new shirt now.
If you are already a member, you will receive your code as soon as your membership has been automatically renewed. You can find your expiration data under "my subscriptions" in your ticketing profile.

Am I guaranteed a ticket?
No, you have priority on tickets while supplies last. To be sure of your place, you must become a subscriber. Subscribers also always have priority to purchase their own seats for Croky Cup matches.
How many tickets can I buy during the priority period?
As a Mauve+ Gold member, you have priority when purchasing tickets for league and cup matches at Lotto Park. You can buy up to two tickets while supply last. Please note that you must enter a unique Mauve ID for each ticket. You can also buy tickets for other Mauve+ members and fans under the age of 21.
Can I give Mauve+ Gold as a gift?
Buy the Mauve+ Gold box in the webshop or in the fan shop. You can then give this box as a gift.

Did you order Mauve+ Gold via the webshop, and haven't received your order yet?
Please contact us using the contact form below, stating your email address and Mauve ID. We will ensure that you receive temporary access to Mauve TV while you wait for your order. Once you have received your Mauve+ Gold box, you will be able to redeem your access permanently using the code provided in the box.
I want to cancel Mauve+ Gold. How do I do this?
Each membership has a minimum term of 12 months. If you have a membership with recurring payments, it will be automatically renewed on the expiration date.
If you do not want this, you can cancel it one month before the expiration date under ‘my subscriptions’. You will receive an email about this as soon as you can do so.
