What is MAUVE KET?
You are Mauve in your head and in your heart. From father to son and mother to daughter. Instilled from an early age. Now your Ket can also become a real Mauve.
For €15, you can be an official Mauve Ket of the most beautiful club in the country for one year. As a Mauve Ket, you will experience exclusive moments and receive a unique welcome package at your home.
Where can I buy Mauve Ket?
Mauve Ket is available for purchase at ticketing.rsca.be.
1. Select the Mauve Ket product (not ‘redeem’) and purchase a Mauve Ket membership for each child (under 12 years of age).
2. Assign each membership to the parent/guardian responsible for the membership.
3. Confirm your order and complete the payment process.
4. You now have an active Mauve Ket membership and will be invited to Mauve Ket activities. What's more, you now have the chance to take to the field with the players before the match. Your membership will be automatically renewed within a year.
Receive your Mauve Ket package(s)
5. You can now order your Mauve Ket package(s). The vouchers are available in the ticket profile under ‘vouchers’.
6. Go to shop.rsca.be, search for the product ‘Mauve Ket Redeem’, add it to your shopping cart, and enter your voucher code at checkout. You can now order your package for free.
How long is my Mauve ket membership valid?
Your membership is valid for at least one year and will be automatically renewed after one year. If you do not want this, you can cancel it one month before the expiration date under ‘my subscriptions’. You will receive an email as soon as this is possible.
How do I renew my Mauve Ket membership?
You can now purchase a Mauve Ket membership at ticketing.rsca.be, just like the Mauve+ memberships.
1. Go to the Mauve Ket product (not redeem) and purchase a Mauve Ket membership for each child (under 12 years of age).
2. You can assign each membership to the parent/guardian responsible for the membership.
3. Pay €15 per year for each Mauve Ket membership.
4. You now have an active Mauve Ket membership and will be invited to Mauve Ket activities. You also have the chance to walk onto the pitch with the players before the match. Your membership will be automatically renewed within a year.
Receiving your Mauve Ket package(s)
5. You can now also order your Mauve Ket package(s). You will find the vouchers in your ticketing profile under “Vouchers.”
6. Go to shop.rsca.be, find the product “Mauve Ket Redeem,” add it to your shopping cart, and enter your voucher code at checkout. You can now order your package free of charge.
Can I purchase multiple Mauve Ket's and link them to my account?
Yes, you certainly can!
You can link more than one Mauve Ket via account.rsca.be > MAUVE MEMBERSHIPS > LINK MAUVE KET.
You can purchase multiple memberships via the webshop. You will receive one code per membership.
Can I give a Mauve Ket membership as a gift?
Yes, you can. Purchase your Mauve Ket package at the fan shop at the stadium or at shop.rsca.be. You will receive a package containing a voucher code that you can give as a gift.
