What is Mauve Ket?
You are Mauve in your head and in your heart. From father to son and mother to daughter. Instilled from an early age. Now your Ket can also become a real Mauve.
For €15, you can be an official Mauve Ket of the most beautiful club in the country for one year. As a Mauve Ket, you will experience exclusive moments, can try your luck at walking onto the pitch with a player as a Player Escort and can immediately redeem your unique welcome pack.
Where can I buy Mauve Ket?
Mauve Ket is available for purchase at ticketing.rsca.be.
1. Select the Mauve Ket product and purchase a Mauve Ket membership for each child (under 12 years of age).
2. Assign each membership to the child with his/her Mauve ID.
3. Confirm your order and complete the payment process.
4. Within 3 working days, you will receive a voucher code by email to order your Mauve Ket pack
How can I redeem my Mauve Ket pack?
You can redeem your pack on the webshop.
- Log in to shop.rsca.be using the profile with which you manage the Mauve Ket membership (parent/guardian account).
- Choose the product "Mauve Ket Redeem" and add it to your shopping cart.
- Enter your voucher code at checkout. This will drop the price to €0, allowing you to order the pack for free.
Please note: delivery of your pack will take a few days.
Can I give a Mauve Ket membership as a gift?
Purchase the Mauve Ket pack on the webshop or in the fanshop. This way, you will receive a pack containing a voucher code that you can give as a gift.

I want to cancel Mauve Ket. How do I do this?
Each membership has a minimum term of 12 months. If you have a membership with recurring payments, it will be automatically renewed on the expiration date.
If you do not want this, you can cancel it one month before the expiration date under ‘my subscriptions’. You will receive an email about this as soon as you can do so.
