How and when can I get my (e-)tickets as a business seat holder?
As a business seat holder, you can always log in through the Business Portal.
As soon as a match is made available online by us (approximately two weeks before the game), you can log in to download your (e-)tickets or forward them to your guests.
How can I purchase additional seats as a business seat holder?
Please send an email to your usual RSCA contact person or reach out via the contact form below.
How do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are generally sent by email to a mutually agreed address, unless otherwise arranged with our accounting department.
Our business seat holders can also consult their invoices via the Business Portal.
How can I reserve business seats?
Please contact us via the contact form or reserve online.
Our offers for specific matches usually include one of our gastronomy packages.
I would like to attend a match for a special occasion.
Please contact us via the contact form below, together we will find the perfect formula.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
A reservation cannot be cancelled. However, name changes can be made via the Business Portal or by contacting us through the contact form below.
Do tickets need to be personalized and printed?
Yes, all tickets must be personalized. Checks may be carried out at the entrance in combination with ID verification.
Although tickets can be scanned on smartphones (with full brightness and undamaged screens), printing tickets is still the easiest option. Black-and-white printing is sufficient.
I want to buy regular tickets.
Regular tickets can be purchased online via ticketing.
I was invited as a guest — how do I get my (e-)tickets and know if gastronomy is included?
You will receive your (e-)tickets from the person or company that invited you.
If your (e-)ticket does not mention a gastronomy package, it is not included. In case of doubt, please contact your host.
I have received/purchased a VIP box.
Please contact vipbox@rscanderlecht.be, mentioning the reference number of your VIP Box and your chosen regular season match. You will then receive your tickets by email.
Is parking included?
If parking is included for you, you can find your parking ticket in the Business Portal. If you are a guest, you should receive the parking ticket from the person or company that invited you.
Note: parking is not included by default.
What payment methods are accepted in the stadium?
Payments are cashless and can be made by card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
Please request a receipt from the bar staff if you need one for reimbursement or accounting purposes.
