An answer to frequently asked questions about gastronomy at the Lotto Park.

What gastronomy packages are available?

As a seat holder and Business Club member, you can enjoy a gastronomic experience through 7 concepts:

  • Le Saint Guidon
  • La Table du Chef
  • Grand Place
  • Jardin des Saveurs
  • La Mi-temps
  • Le Ket
  • Les Loges du Parc

How and when can I book a gastronomy package?

Business seat holders can book directly through the Business Portal and pay via bank transfer or online.

Those who are not business seat holders can contact us via the contact form.

Advance reservation is required and can be made up to approximately three days before the match.

Business seat holders are always informed by email.

How do I know if food is included with my seat?

If your (e-)ticket mentions a gastronomy package, it is included.

The schedule and timing are always shown on your ticket — typically starting 2.5 hours before kick-off.

What if I have allergies or dietary preferences?

Please inform your regular contact person or use the contact form. 

Permanent seat holders can also specify this information when reserving their package via the Business Portal.

Are drinks included in the gastronomy packages?

Yes, drinks (beer, soft drinks, and wine) are always included during the meal until the start of the match.

Can I change or cancel my gastronomy reservation?

Once the reservation period is officially closed, cancellations are no longer possible and the reservation will be invoiced. However, we will always do our best to accommodate any reasonable modification requests.
