As announced, identity checks took place during last Saturday’s match against KV Mechelen at the Lotto Park, carried out by the Ministry of the Interior under football legislation. The name on a season ticket or match ticket must always match the name on the ID of the person entering the stadium.

The majority of fans were in order, but around a hundred supporters had tickets or season passes not in their name. These supporters risked a fine and a three-month stadium ban. This time, they received only a warning, but for future checks, the Ministry of the Interior will immediately enforce these sanctions.

We cannot stress enough the importance of ensuring that the correct name is on your ticket. Tickets and season passes are strictly personal, but names can be changed free of charge for each match. Everyone entering the stadium must also have a Mauve ID. New supporters are welcome and can create a Mauve ID in just a few minutes.

Season ticket holders who are unable to attend can also sell their seat via RSCA Resale (if the match is sold out). If the seat is sold, the original holder earns credit that can be used when renewing the season ticket.

Transferring Your Seat

Season ticket holders

Season ticket holders can transfer their seat for any match. Note: a season ticket with a youth discount (-12 or -21 years) can only be transferred to another youth.

  1. Go to ticketing.rsca.be and log in with the emailadres linked to your season ticket.
  2. Click on the account icon in the bottom right (mobile) or click on your name and go to ‘My Account’ (desktop).
  3. Scroll down to “Season Tickets” (not “Tickets”) and click on the icon in the bottom right corner.
  4. You will see all matches listed. Scroll to the match of your choice and click "Share your seat".
  5. Enter the MAUVE ID or the emailadres of the person you want to transfer your seat to. If they don’t have an ID yet, they can create an account on login.rsca.be.
  6. The price is set at €0 and click "checkout".
  7. The person to whom you transfer the seat will receive the ticket in the RSCA app.

Ticket holders

Purchased a ticket but unable to attend the game? Transfer your seat to a friend, a family member or an acquaintance. Once you’ve transferred the seat, the friend/acquaintance will receive an email with the ticket.

  1. Go to ticketing.rsca.be and log in with the emailadres linked to your season ticket.
  2. Click on the account icon in the bottom right (mobile) or click on your name and go to ‘My Account’ (desktop).
  3. Scroll down to “Tickets” and click on the icon in the bottom right corner.
  4. Then click on "forward the ticket"
  5. Enter the MAUVE ID or the emailadres of the person you want to transfer your seat to. If they don’t have an ID yet, they can create an account on login.rsca.be.
  6. The price is set at €0 and click "checkout".
  7. The person to whom you transfer the seat will receive the ticket in the RSCA app.

Business club

For Business Club members, it is also legally required to personalise the ticket for each seat. Downloading without personalisation is not possible. Follow the steps below to personalise your ticket:

  1. Go to the Business Portal and log in with your account.
  2. Click on the match of your choice.
  3. Your seats will now appear. Tickets that have not yet been personalised will show the name “no guest”.
  4. Click on the pencil icon and then select “Assign guest” to add the details for the seat. Repeat this for each seat.
  5. You can now download all your tickets and/or automatically send them to your guests.
  • Click “Download tickets” at the top of the page to download all your tickets.
  • Click “Send to guests” at the top of the page to send the tickets to your guests via email. If desired, you can customise the message sent to your guests

VIP-tickets

If you have purchased VIP tickets, these also need to be personalised. If you already have an account, your tickets will appear in the Business Portal immediately after purchase, where you can personalise them. If you don't have an account yet, you will need to create one using the email address you used to place the order. The tickets will then appear in the Business Portal. You will also be contacted by an account manager and can reach out to business@rscanderlecht.be for any questions.

  1. Go to the Business Portal and log in with your account. If you do not have an account, click “Register” to create one.
  2. Click on the match of your choice.
