Tous Mauves

RSC Anderlecht is synonymous with and has a heart for talent from the capital. An aspirational institution – the largest club in the country's most popular sport – that has the power to reach countless young people. More than ever, RSCA wants to translate that status into social impact.

Because talent is universal, but equal opportunities are not. And that inequality is particularly prevalent in the capital. In Brussels, 1 in 3 families live in poverty and 1 in 4 young people under the age of 18 are at risk of social exclusion.

Building on the talents of 1,000 young people

That’s why RSC Anderlecht created ‘Tous Mauves’. Through this social impact programme, RSCA supports 1,000 young people every year, mainly aged between 8 and 21, who grow up in socially vulnerable neighbourhoods in Brussels, helping them discover and develop their talents. The aim is to accelerate and strengthen social inclusion.

What are the pillars of the Tous Mauves program ?

  1. Gender inclusion : more and more girls are connecting with football
  2. Sporty inclusion : facilitating football and sports for everyone
  3. Professional inclusion : accelerate the integration of young people into the labor market
  4. Educational inclusion : access to additional education and competency development

How is the Tous Mauves program realized ?

For each challenge, RSCA works with leading social organisations in their respective fields. Together with these social partners, an ambitious annual programme is developed to achieve shared objectives. This season, a wide range of initiatives is on the agenda: discovering careers at RSCA alongside professionals, attending job fairs, facilitating access to sports, providing educational reorientation programmes and much more.
