Starting from the 2025-2026 season, RSCA will switch to mobile ticketing. Access to Lotto Park will then be fully digital for all fans via the updated RSCA app. This transition will be rolled out gradually and finalized by the start of the next season.
Mobile ticketing is the next step in the digital evolution of our fan experience. The system increases security, simplifies stadium access, and contributes to a more sustainable approach. All fans will find their ticket in the RSCA app. The QR code will be available even without an internet connection.
Supporters who purchased tickets for the Champions’ Play-Offs will find them in the RSCA app and will no longer receive a PDF ticket. Season ticket holders will also find their QR code in the app. Follow the steps below to make your tickets or subscriptions available digitally and offline. Do this before coming to Lotto Park, when you have good connectivity.
Advantages of Mobile Ticketing ?

FAQ
When is RSCA switching to mobile ticketing?
In early 2025, the RSCA app was updated. Mobile ticketing is already available for all supporters. From the 2025-2026 season onward, non-digital options will be phased out. We encourage everyone to switch now and enjoy the many benefits of mobile ticketing.
Why is digital access control more secure?
Digital access makes it harder to pass on tickets anonymously or without verification. Each ticket is linked to a personal profile, making it easier to trace who enters the stadium. This reduces abuse, illegal resales, and ticket fraud.
Why is scanning faster?
Mixing physical passes, paper/digital PDFs, and QR codes complicates the scanning process. By switching to a single QR-code format, scanners and tech can be better optimized, speeding up entry per person.
What are the internet access options around Lotto Park?
The club is aware that network capacity around Lotto Park is limited on matchdays. That’s why tickets are also available offline in the new app. Just download the app, log in, and open your ticket before coming to the stadium.
Need internet? Free Wi-Fi hotspots are available at all entrances. The club is also working with telecom providers to improve 5G coverage inside the stadium.
Can I transfer my digital ticket to someone else?
Yes. If you can’t attend, you can easily send your ticket to another supporter — whether you’re a season ticket holder or not. If a match is sold out, season ticket holders can also offer their seat for resale via RSCA Resale. If it’s sold, they receive credit towards renewing their subscription.
What if my phone battery dies at the stadium?
Charge your phone before heading to Lotto Park. If your battery dies, visit the ticketing service for assistance.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
Season ticket holders without a smartphone can contact the ticketing service to request an alternative solution.
