Injury update: knee examination for Kara

On Friday 22 December, RSCA will take on KAS Eupen, last on the league table, at home on the twentieth matchday of the Jupiler Pro League. Coach Hein Vanhaezebrouck will, however, have to make a few switches.

Kara will not be part of the selection for the game against the Pandas. The Senegalese will undergo knee examinations today. His knee has been troubling him for some time now. Nicolae Stanciu will not be present either, he is struggling with his adductor muscles again. Emmanuel Sowah and Andy Najar are injured for a longer period of time. Sowah was already operated on, Najar will undergo surgery soon.

Dennis Appiah and Alexandru Chipciu will be absent as well. Appiah was booked for the fifth time last weekend and is suspended, Chipciu is still in his homeland Romania, after the death of his father. Frank Boeckx, absent because of illness yesterday, trained indoors today and should normally be ready in time for the match.
