Time to “Go West” for the Mauves. RSCA is taking part in the Generation Adidas Cup, an international tournament organised by MLS, where the best youth teams from around the world come together. In Florida, American teams will face European giants such as Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and, of course, RSC Anderlecht. Our U15 will take on three MLS teams in the group stage.
From March 27 to April 4, the tournament will take place at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. More than 80 teams from across the globe will gather to compete for the title in this prestigious competition, which is played in both the U15 and U16 categories.
The Mauves will compete in the U15 category alongside European giants such as Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona, PSV and Valencia. Sporting qualified for the renowned tournament by winning the national title in the U15 category last season.
In the group stage, RSCA will face three MLS teams: Portland Timbers, Atlanta United and New York Red Bulls.
