For the thirteenth time in fourteen editions, RSC Anderlecht’s U17 team will take part in the Ajax Amsterdam Future Cup during the Easter weekend. On Mauve TV, you won’t miss a single minute of our youngsters’ matches in this prestigious tournament. Over the years, Sporting has become a key presence in the competition, which it has also won three times.
The eight participating teams have been divided into two groups of four. AFC Ajax will face Paris Saint-Germain, Sporting Portugal and Future United, a team made up of top prospects from several Ajax partner clubs. Meanwhile, the Mauves will take on Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Olympique Lyonnais and Real Madrid CF in Group B with the following squad:

On Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 April, each club will play three group matches, after which a ranking will be established. The final standings will be decided on Easter Monday. The rules are the same as in the previous edition:
- Effective playing time (2 x 20 minutes): the clock stops when the ball is out of play.
- Instead of throw-ins, players may restart play with their feet or by dribbling.
- Self-pass: players may take a free kick or a corner by passing the ball to themselves.
- Substitutions are unlimited during the match without stopping play by the referee.
- After a yellow card, players are temporarily sent off for four minutes.
- The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system will also be used on the main pitch.
