Coach Alvaro Martinez looks back on the first part of RSCA Futsal’s season and ahead to the second.
“After my first six months here, I feel more adapted to the country, the league, and the club. The first part of the season was tough, with quite a few difficult matches. We especially lacked consistency in our performances and need to improve on that. We have to work hard, and that’s normal: a new methodology, a new coach, and new players. However, we must do better,” the coach of the Mauves is well aware.
“What I expect from this second part of the season is that we become the stable and strong team we are capable of being. To be able to rely on the full squad and show all our individual potential. We must certainly fight for the league and the cup, because that is our responsibility as the biggest club in the country. We take it on with pleasure.”
“We must show our full strength week in, week out, in every match. That starts with working hard in every training session, as if it were the last,” concluded the Spanish mentor.
