On March 19, 2023, disaster struck for Yari Verschaeren. The Kid leaves the pitch injured in the match against OHL, and has to watch from the sidelines as the team also collectively experiences a dramatic end to the season.
And while after the summer the eyes of the outside world are focused on a new beginning for the Mauves with fresh names, Yari is working on his return, determined to shine again.
