Gaëlle Nierynck (22) is a player of RSCA Women. The right-footed wing-back joins from KVC Westerlo and has signed a contract with the Mauves until 2029.
After spells with OH Leuven and KAA Gent, Gaëlle joined KVC Westerlo in the summer of 2024. There, she impressed at right-back with her physical attributes, pace, and determination. Thanks to her exceptional engine, she is also capable of contributing effectively in attacking phases.
The right-back is known for her excellent mentality and strong work ethic. Grounded and ambitious, Gaëlle sees this move to the Mauves as an investment in her own development. With the Red Flames U23 squad, she shares the dressing room with several RSCA players, including Fran Meersman, Nia Elyn, and Karlijn Helsen.
