The restaurant Grand Place is led by young chef Benjamin Schijns. Benjamin first developed a passion for wine alongside Xavier Faber and Eric Boschman before turning to the culinary world, training with some of the best, including Yves Mattagne at Seagrill. He loves exploring new flavors and now presents a creative fusion cuisine.
