B2B Key Account Manager
Are you a driven relationship builder with commercial flair and a passion for sports, business, and premium experiences? RSC Anderlecht is looking for a B2B Key Account Manager to further develop our existing business partnerships while creating new opportunities for our premium hospitality and business offerings.
In this role, you will be the vital link between RSC Anderlecht and its key corporate clients. You will manage strategic accounts, maximize their value, and deliver an exceptional customer experience - both on matchdays and beyond.
Your Challenge
1. Key Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and further develop a portfolio of key accounts, including hospitality box holders, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Proactively work with clients to maximize their return on investment and overall experience.
2. Commercial Growth & Business Development
- Contribute to the growth of B2B revenue through both season-based subscriptions and matchday sales by actively prospecting and acquiring new key accounts.
- Promote and sell premium hospitality products, including executive boxes, business seats, events, and exclusive experiences.
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Support sales campaigns and commercial initiatives.
- Take ownership of a defined revenue portfolio and be accountable for achieving commercial KPIs.
3. Hospitality & Customer Experience
- Monitor and continuously enhance the overall customer experience in close collaboration with Operations, Catering, and Marketing.
- Be actively involved on matchdays and during business events to personally engage with and support clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve hospitality and food & beverage services and translate them into concrete actions.
4. Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with the Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to develop tailored, customer-centric solutions.
- Provide input for product development and new commercial concepts.
- Use CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage customer relationships, reporting, and sales forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within sports, events, hospitality, or premium services.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
- A genuine affinity for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- A professional and representative appearance, with the ability to act as an ambassador for RSC Anderlecht.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
