Fourth home win in a row

An important 2-1 win over Genk thanks to touches of genius from Verschaeren and Dolberg

RSC Anderlecht hosted KRC Genk at the Lotto Park on Saturday evening for the eighth matchday of the Champions' Play-offs. The injured Jan Vertonghen and Majeed Ashimeru were replaced in the starting line-up by Federico Gattoni and Yari Verschaeren. Brian Riemer's men won 2-1 thanks to touches of brilliance from Yari Verschaeren and Kasper Dolberg. As a result, Sporting are yet to drop a point in the Lotto Park during these play-offs. These twelve points out of twelve at home is a very good sign before hosting Club Bruges next weekend.
