Tine De Caigny (29) has extended her contract with RSCA Women. The right-footed midfielder has now spent six seasons wearing the colours of the Mauves, playing a key role in the club’s recent successes. With her new deal running until 2027, Tine will remain in the Belgian capital for one more season.
De Caigny’s journey with RSCA Women began in 2017, when she joined the club from Norwegian side SK Vålerenga FD. She quickly established herself as a cornerstone of one of the most successful generations in the club’s history. During her first four seasons with the Mauves, she won four league titles, while her outstanding performances were recognised with the Belgian Golden Boot award in 2021.
After spending two seasons with Germany’s TSG Hoffenheim, De Caigny returned to RSCA Women in 2023. Since then, she has added another league title and a Belgian Cup to her honours. She also surpassed the milestone of 150 appearances for RSCA Women in 2024 and has now earned 113 caps for the Belgian Red Flames.
With her experience and leadership, Tine will lead a significantly rejuvenated squad next season as it strives for new success.
