Jonathan Goisse and Bader El Azzaoui will play a key role in the launch of the RSCA Futsal Academy. By appointing two new figures to lead the project, the club is taking the necessary steps to elevate its youth academy to an even higher standard.
Jonathan will take on the role of Academy Manager and will oversee the academy’s day-to-day operations. He will also be responsible for its strategic development and will actively pursue partnerships and collaborative projects whenever possible.
“My goal? To make the RSCA Futsal Academy the benchmark for Belgian futsal by developing the best talents of the next generation,” says Jonathan.
Bader is no stranger to the club. Last season, he guided the U15 team to the league title as one of the youth coaches. In his new role, he will support Jonathan while overseeing the sporting direction of the academy’s youth teams. He will also implement a clear football philosophy and methodology to ensure that RSCA Futsal provides its young players with the best possible pathway towards the highest level.
“It is a tremendous honour to begin my third season at RSCA Futsal as Academy Sports Manager. I would like to thank the club for the trust it has placed in me. I will dedicate all my energy, commitment and passion to the development of our young players and the ambitions of the club. We have a clear objective: to strive for excellence and to establish our youth academy as a benchmark at every level,” said Bader.
