It has been an extraordinary few months for Nathan De Cat. Not only did he establish himself as a first-team player at RSC Anderlecht, he also became a fan favourite at the Park. Still only seventeen years old, Nathan was voted Player of the Year by the fans of the Mauves. Belgian sports journalists, coaches, referees and former winners also selected him as Young Player of the Year.
Away from football and out of the spotlight, Nathan remains a typical seventeen-year-old. In the final stage of his secondary school career at GO! Campus Wemmel, he is preparing for his final exams, learning to drive with his mother and making time to enjoy life with his girlfriend and friends.
