Team-support academy (part-time job under the volunteer work statute)
As part of the ongoing professionalisation of its youth training programme, RSC Anderlecht is looking for team support for various age categories.
PROFILE
- You are passionate about youth football
- You have a background in education and/or experience in working with children
- You have a positive and problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- You speak Dutch and French
- You embody the values of the RSCA training programme and behave “As a Champion” both on and off the pitch
- You are enthusiastic and motivate the players to form a close-knit team
- Of course, you are also a team player yourself
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Team Support, you will be present at training sessions, matches, camps and/or tournaments as much as possible. These take place at the club's own youth complex, but also away from home. You will support the coaching staff before, during and after training sessions and matches.
Your field of work combines a number of aspects:
- administrative (filling in match sheets, following up on accident reports, following up on clothing distribution, etc.)
- logistical (preparing match equipment, organising meals, receiving the opposing delegation, etc.)
- educational (interacting with players and pointing out certain norms and values, working on team building and atmosphere in the dressing room, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate of good conduct
- Pedagogical diploma or demonstrable relevant experience in supervising children
- Bilingualism (NL/FR)
FORM OF COOPERATION
- We offer a contract in the form of a volunteer status.
- The delegate will receive a limited clothing package from the club.
