On Thursday, 27 August, the Mauves welcome Kairat Almaty in the play-offs of the Europa League. The first leg in Kazakhstan ended in a 0-3 victory for RSCA. In a sold-out Lotto Park, Sporting will look to secure their place in the League Phase of the Europa League. Those who were unable to get a ticket for the game can follow the match live on Mauve TV.
Whatever happens, RSCA will compete in a European league phase this season. After eliminating Hammarby IF and PAOK FC, the Mauves are guaranteed a place in the next Europa League or Conference League draw. In the first leg of the Europa League play-off against Kairat Almaty, Sporting secured a 0-3 victory.
