RSC Anderlecht strengthen their squad with the arrival of Romeo Amane. The 23-year-old Ivorian midfielder joins from SK Rapid Wien and signs a four-year contract, with an option for an additional season.

Amane was born in Abidjan and developed at ASEC Mimosas in Ivory Coast. At the beginning of 2022, he made the move to Europe and joined Swedish side BK Häcken. In his first season, he immediately won the Swedish league title. A year later, he also lifted the Swedish Cup with Häcken.

The central midfielder established himself as a regular in Sweden, where he also gained his first experience in European competition. In January 2025, Amane joined SK Rapid Wien. He also became a regular in midfield for the Austrian club, featuring both domestically and on the European stage.

Romeo now begins a new chapter of his career at RSC Anderlecht.
