Follow the pre-season of the Mauves preparations on Mauve TV

While the FIFA World Cup is in full swing, attention in Neerpede is gradually shifting back to club football. The Mauves will begin their preparations for the 2026-2027 season next weekend. The players will undergo their medical examinations, while the first training session is scheduled for Monday. Later this month, the first of four friendly matches will take place, serving as a dress rehearsal for the European qualifying campaign at the end of July. All friendlies will be available to watch on Mauve TV.

Training resumes on Monday, 22 June. The following Saturday brings an immediate test as the Mauves travel to Hasselt for a clash of the Sportings. RSCA will wear their new adidas kits for the first time in a match kicking off at 18:00. at the Stedelijk Sportstadion, home of Sporting Hasselt. More information regarding ticket sales for Anderlecht supporters will be announced later.

Three additional friendly matches are scheduled for July. On July 4th, the Mauves will face French side US Boulogne. One week later, on July 11th, they will take on Dutch club NEC. Both matches will be played behind closed doors at the Proximus Basecamp in Tubize. Afterwards, there will be a final preparation game before the European qualifier.

All friendly matches will be broadcast live on Mauve TV.

The Path to the Europa League

On Wednesday, 17 June, the Mauves will also know their opponent for the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. RSCA must progress through three qualifying rounds to reach the League Phase and will enter the draw as a seeded team. 

The first leg of the second qualifying round will be played on Thursday, 23 July, with the return leg taking place one week later. More information about the start of ticket sales will follow once our opponent is known.
