After their impressive 0-5 victory in Soumagne on Friday evening, RSCA Futsal’s Reserves secured the national title. After twenty-two matchdays in the championship, our Reserves also remain unbeaten. Rafael Teixeira’s players recorded nineteen wins and only three draws. This success is largely thanks to a very solid defense that conceded only 27 goals in total.
“The majority of the players in this team come from our own academy. They grew up in our youth teams. They’ve worked incredibly hard all season to achieve this. In total, they dropped just one more point than the first team, but more importantly: they never lost a match. I can only be proud of this group and say that this title is more than deserved", said general manager Lieven Bart.
