U16 of RSCA Women also reach the Cup final

RSCA WOMEN U16

On Saturday, May 30 at 11:00, all eyes will be on the Wolves Academy in La Louvière, where the country’s top female talents will compete for the Belgian Cup. Our U16’s will face Club YLA.

Our youngsters reached the final after an impressive run. From their very first match, they made a strong impression with a convincing victory (0-17) over Eendracht Mazenzele Opwijk. In the quarter-finals, the Mauves confirmed their form with a clear win (6-1) against the women’s team of Standard de Liège, a club that - just like RSCA - is renowned for its strong female youth development. In last Wednesday’s semi-final, the Brussels side continued their run with a convincing (4-1) victory over KAA Gent, securing their place in the final.

The final promises to be a top-level clash: RSCA will face Club YLA at the Wolves Academy (located on Rue Saint-Julien in La Louvière). Kick-off is scheduled for 11:00, in a setting that will showcase the future of Belgian women’s football. Supporters can already warm up for the final of RSCA Women’s first team, which will take place later that same day at 15:00, also in La Louvière, but this time at the Easi Arena, the new stadium of RAAL La Louvière, with a capacity of 8,500.

More information about these two finals will be available soon.
