Deividi Daner Bassani, better known as Deivao, is the latest addition to RSCA Futsal. The 34-year-old goalkeeper joins from RFS Futsal in Riga and has signed a two-year contract with the club.
Deivao has had a rich career, playing for top Brazilian clubs such as Carlos Barbosa, Cascavel, and Joinville. At the latter two, he won the national championship. Last season, he also claimed the national cup with Latvian side RFS.
The Brazilian brings experience between the posts and knows what it means to win. Deivao is known as a reliable last line of defense with strong technical skills, and he often contributes to scoring goals himself.
