Since last year, the Global Institute of Sport has been offering classes at the Lotto Park. GIS is an organization that works in partnership with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel to provide high-quality sports management programs to students from all over the world. GIS is hosting an information session at the stadium on Monday, May 12. Participants will receive more details about the courses and have the opportunity to ask the lecturers any questions they may have.

The Global Institute of Sport offers university-level programmes in sport and business, both online and in iconic football stadiums such as Wembley. Starting in September 2024, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Football Business will be delivered from Lotto Park. The programme is open to both Belgian and international students and is organised in collaboration with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). It prepares students for a professional career in football and helps them build a strong network through events, guest speakers, and study trips that explore the best practices in the European sports industry.

The next GIS event will take place on 12 May at Lotto Park at 5:30 PM, where further details will be shared about the various courses that will be offered in the upcoming academic year. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with GIS staff and academics, experience a taster lecture, explore the stadium facilities, and ask any questions they may have about the programme. Anyone interested in this type of education is very welcome to attend this information session.
