Isabelle Vanden Eede (50) has been appointed CEO Non-Sports of Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht. She is leaving Orange Belgium, where she served as Chief Brand, Communication & ESG Officer. As head of the operational and commercial branch of the club, she will bring her strategic and commercial expertise to Belgium’s biggest football club, following a distinguished career in the communications and telecom sector.

After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Vanden Eede began her professional career in advertising, working at renowned agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, and Famous. This path eventually led her to the former Mobistar (now Orange), where she built a 15-year career in the telecom industry. She played a key role in the company’s modernization and strategic repositioning, including the rebranding of Mobistar to Orange and the recent acquisition of VOO. For the past 4.5 years, she sat on the executive committee as Chief Brand, Communication & ESG Officer.

The bilingual Brussels native will now head the operational and commercial departments of RSC Anderlecht. She succeeds Kenneth Bornauw as CEO Non-Sports and will form the club’s executive management together with CEO Sports Tim Borguet and CFO Tim Vanheuverzwijn.

In recent seasons, RSC Anderlecht has seen a commercial resurgence thanks to a strong portfolio of partners, consistently sold-out stadiums with a unique matchday experience, and the development of a modern media brand. Starting 1 September 2025, Isabelle Vanden Eede will take over the leadership of the club’s non-sporting division as CEO Non-Sports.
