Giovanni Danti (29) has extended his contract. In the summer of 2024, Giovanni joined from the Japanese futsal league, where he was crowned best goalkeeper of the F-League. After one season guarding the goal for RSCA Futsal - a season in which the team won both the league title and the cup - Gio now extends until June 2026.
The Brazilian brought a wealth of experience to RSCA Futsal, having played for Brazilian clubs such as Palmeiras, São Paulo, and Juventude AG. Before moving to Belgium, he was goalkeeping for Japanese side Pescadola Machida.
After a season in which Giovanni won the double with RSCA Futsal, he’s adding another year at the Alfasun Indoor Arena.
