Exceptional opening hours of the Fanshop (Lotto Park) the holiday season:
- Sunday 21/12/25: special opening, 10:00 > 16:00
- Wednesday 24/12/25: 10:00 > 14:00 (may change if a signing session takes place)

- Friday 26/12/25: RSCA - Charleroi (+ Winter Park): 10:00 AM > 8:30 PM + 1 hour after the match
- 28/12/25 > 13/01/26: closed for inventory
- 15/01/26: RSCA - KAA Gent, 10:00 a.m. > 8:15 p.m. + 1 hour after the match
