He transfers from first-division club FCV Dender

RSCA Futsal has appointed Carsten Carlier as its new Non-Sports Manager. Carlier is making the move from first-division side FCV Dender, where he worked as Community Manager. He was also responsible for ticketing and matchday organization.

The switch from field football to futsal was an easy one for Carlier. “As a native of Halle, I’ve watched the team many times. When the team still existed as Halle-Gooik, I frequently attended games as a supporter in De Bres. Once I got in touch with chairman Martin Baert, the choice for RSCA Futsal was quickly made.”

Within the club, Carsten Carlier aims to extend the strong sporting results off the field as well. “My main role will be to further develop the commercial and organizational aspects of the club. With the Business Club, we already have a solid foundation. The ambition should be to become a major player in Europe in extra-sporting matters as well.”

With its Futsal Arena and soon its own multifunctional VIP area, RSCA Futsal has excellent infrastructure, the management of which will also be one of Carlier’s key responsibilities. More interesting information about this will follow in due course.

The club wishes Carsten every success in this new professional challenge.
