RSCA honours victims of terrorist attacks on March 22

BELGIUM

Sunday, March 22, marks exactly 10 years since our country and our capital experienced one of the darkest moments in its recent history. Terrorist attacks in Maelbeek metro station and Zaventem airport on 22 March 2016 claimed the lives of 35 people and left hundreds severely injured.

Ten years later, the whole country will commemorate the attacks and remember the victims this Sunday. RSC Anderlecht will join this effort with a fitting tribute before kick-off of the RSCA - Cercle Brugge game.

Meanwhile, we also pay tribute to the resilience of our capital, to the work of the fire brigade, police, Red Cross and everyone who was involved or provided assistance in this tragedy.

Therefore, the club will observe a minute's applause before kick-off. This moment will be attended by representatives of the emergency services and reinforced by unique tifos from our atmosphere groups.

We ask all supporters to fully support this minute of applause, in memory of the victims and their loved ones.

Bruxelles vit, et jamais n'oublie.
