Due to high demand and limited spots, it is NOT possible to spontaneously join the RSCA youth academy. The RSCA youth academy has a professional scouting team that objectively identifies and potentially recruits talent.
However, RSC Anderlecht collaborates with various football schools for various age groups that offer the same training philosophy to non-RSCA players.
PURPLE START
Purple START is a training program officially partnered with RSC Anderlecht and focuses on the development of young footballers. The main goal is to help each player develop at an individual level.
- Functional football technique in closed drills: dribbling, cutting, turning, and passing.
- Acquired technique in 1v1 match play: creativity, speed of execution, transitions.
- Broad motor development: explosiveness, coordination, and reactivity.
The training sessions are led by RSCA coaches, and the training methodology is based on RSCA's youth academy.

BABYMAUVE
BABYMAUVE is an initiative of RSC Anderlecht and Sport4you. Young children aged 15 months and older, both girls and boys, are given the opportunity to discover football from their very first steps through psychomotor exercises. The sessions are organized by a psychomotor specialist or a specialized football coach. A parent or guardian is welcome to participate in the activities.
These initial introductory sessions to football stimulate your child's spatial and temporal skills. BABYMAUVE is specifically designed for children aged 15 months to 5 years.
The sessions take place at the Ceria sports hall, the Erasmus sports hall of the ULB, Chalet De Moortebeek, Tubize, and Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Starting in January, sessions will also be organized at the Belleheide Center of RSCA Futsal.
