Employment contract for volunteers

DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION :

As a driver you are available every week, at very flexible hours, to take our young players from A to B. Your role is not only to transport, but also to educate.

 

Your role is not only to transport, but also to educate, because you spend several hours a week in the car with many of our young talents.

 

So you are very involved and always in a good mood, despite traffic jams or other minor setbacks.

 

For that you are not only rewarded with the smile of the players you have

sales, but you also receive a fixed salary.

 

DESIGN PROFILE :

  • You have a driving license B for at least 5 years (mandatory!)
  • You are committed and flexible in your working hours (mandatory!)
  • You speak fluent Dutch and French
  • You have experience in guiding children (plus point)
  • You have experience in dispatching (plus point)
  • You have a positive attitude and can solve problems.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility.
  • You are collegial.
  • You communicate well and make clear agreements with your colleagues.
  • You radiate the values of the RSCA program and behave like a ‘champion ’.
  • You are enthusiastic and motivate your colleagues to form a close-knit team.
  • You are always ready to get started.
  • You have a positive attitude and know how to solve problems.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility.
  • You are collegial.
  • You communicate well and make clear agreements with your colleagues.
  • You radiate the values of the RSCA program and behave like a ‘champion ’.
  • You are enthusiastic and motivate your colleagues to form a close-knit team.
  • You are always willing to replace a colleague or run an extra service.
