Job - Delegates (RSCA Women Academy)

RSC Anderlecht wants to create an environment in which the most talented girls have the opportunity to fully develop their potential under the guidance of experts, with the aim of allowing them to flow to the A-team, which wants to perform at the highest level. To achieve these goals, the club is always looking for skilled people who want to commit to helping the club achieve its goals. In this context, RSC Anderlecht recruits DELEGATES for the RSCA Women Academy.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION :

As a team delegate you are present at competitions, training courses and / or tournaments, and sporadically at training courses. These take place in our own youth complex, but also on the move. You assist the sports staff before, during and after training and competitions. Your duties include various aspects. Discover them below.

• Administration. Completion of competition forms, keeping accident reports, keeping certain competition notes (for example, executed switches, scored goals, dealt cards).
• Communication. You play a central role in communication between the player and the club and are the main point of contact for players and parents during training and matches.
• Logistics. Preparing the material used during matches, keeping track of equipment distribution, receiving the opponent's delegation at home games.
• Educational. Communicate with the players and make them aware of certain norms and values, but also work on the cohesion of the team and the atmosphere in our dressing room.

DESIGN PROFILE :

• Given the specific context of entering a girl's team's locker rooms, we prefer a woman.
• You have experience in guiding young people and / or have an education and you can present a recent certificate of good behavior and morals in this context.
• You have a positive attitude and are able to solve problems (hands-on mentality).
• You have a great sense of responsibility.
• You have good communication skills, easily make contacts and speak fluent Dutch and French; bilingualism is therefore a requirement.
• You embody the values of RSCA's training (AS A CHAMPION on and off the field).
• You are enthusiastic and motivate the group of players to form a close-knit team.
• You are of course a team player, but you are also perfectly capable of working independently.

WHAT WE AREAS :

The delegate works on a voluntary basis. The delegate receives a clothing package so that he / she can present himself uniformly during the various activities. There is also the option to reserve tickets for the home games of the RSCA men's team.
