DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION :
You can map the current trajectory of the employees and make improvement proposals based on evidence. You can then roll out the new route of the employees in step-by-step plans and among the employees.
- Employee career: step-by-step plans for important moments in the employment relationship
- Currently, no scenarios have been drawn up for certain important moments in the working relationship. We want to focus on this to strengthen employee involvement and well-being. We think of the following moments:
- Recruitment process
- Onboarding
- Anniversaries celebration
- Special events (for example, death of an employee's family member, sporting successes, etc.)
- End of the employment relationship (at the initiative of the employee, at the initiative of the employer, retirement)
- Etc.
- Training program for managers on coaching and psychological safety
There is currently no uniform practice for performance management within senior management. Performance interviews do take place, but these are not interpreted in a uniform manner. The aim is to evolve into a culture of constant feedback, supplemented by some formal evaluation moments during the year, minimizing administrative follow-up. When developing such a new structure, it is important to emphasize feedback from the coach and to strengthen a culture of psychological safety.
- Development of demarcated personnel statutes
RSC Anderlecht has a complex personnel structure: there are professional football players, paid football coaches, part-time and full-time contracts, fixed and indefinite contracts, operational personnel (servants and workers), executives, senior executives, etc. Over the years, the concrete demarcation of these personnel statutes has faded in certain respects. The aim is to structure the remuneration policy more and to create defined personnel statutes, with associated remuneration packages.
- Strengthening group dynamics
RSCA is a club / company in full growth. There have been many changes in recent years. Many new employees have started working within RSCA's operational services in the past two years. Within the staff group of the operational services, we can roughly distinguish two groups: a group with a lot of seniority and a group with much less seniority. In addition, the operational services are spread over two locations: the Lotto Park and the training center (RSCA Belfius Academy) in Neerpede.
A process must be mapped out from HR to further strengthen the group dynamics within these services.
DESIGN PROFILE :
