Michaela Martišková suffered a cruciate ligament injury in training this week. The Slovak forward, who opened her account for the Mauves last weekend against Les Louvièroises, faces a lengthy rehabilitation period.

Michaela joined RSCA on loan from Juventus last summer. The forward is on a season-long loan from the Italian club, with Sporting also holding an option to buy.

RSC Anderlecht wishes Michaela strength for the months ahead and will support her throughout her rehabilitation in Brussels.
