The Mauves came through three qualifying rounds and will therefore compete in the Europa League this season. Last Friday, the draw in Monaco determined the opponents RSCA will face in the League Phase. The exact dates and kick-off times have now also been confirmed. Sporting will open its European campaign on Wednesday 16 September at 21:00 at home against Lyon.

Sales European mini-abo start on 3 September
With Lyon, RB Salzburg, Hoffenheim and Sunderland, the Mauves will welcome four exciting opponents to the Park. Sales of European mini-season tickets for season ticket holders will start this Thursday, 3 September at 10:00. They will have until 7 September to secure their seat for all four home games.
Mauve+ members are always first in line after season ticket holders for ticket sales, including for European games at Lotto Park. On 8 and 9 September, they will have the opportunity to purchase their mini-season ticket. General sale will start on 10 September at 10:00.
From Sunday 13 September at 10:00, season ticket holders and Mauve+ members can also purchase tickets for the opening game against Lyon. General sale for this game, open to all fans, will start on Monday 14 September at 13:00.
Please note: It is not possible to purchase tickets in sections W16 (reserved for UEFA) and S13 (for safety reasons). Season ticket holders from these sections will still have access to the ticket sale on Thursday, September 3 during the season ticket holder priority period. They can either purchase a purple seat with a white background or wait until the Mauve+ Members priority period to choose from the other available seats.
