Tim Borguet leaves the club

After six seasons, Tim Borguet is leaving the club. The decision to end the collaboration was reached over the past few weeks by mutual agreement and with mutual respect. RSC Anderlecht would like to sincerely thank Tim for his dedication and valuable contribution to the club.

Tim first joined Anderlecht eighteen years ago as a youth scout under Jean Kindermans. In June 2020, he returned as Chief Marketing, before moving into the sporting department in 2024, first as Chief Academy and, a year later, as CEO Sports.

As Chief Marketing, he played a key role in the revival of the club's commercial activities and identity. Within the sporting department, he applied his strategic expertise to help shape the club's continued development, with Neerpede serving as the cornerstone of its long-term success.

Isabelle Vanden Eede leaves the club

Isabelle Vanden Eede was appointed CEO Non-Sports in September 2025. Following a review of the club's organisational structure, Isabelle and the club have mutually agreed to part ways.

After her departure, the club's commercial and operational departments will be managed under a new organisational structure.

RSC Anderlecht would like to thank Isabelle for her commitment and dedication throughout the past season and wishes her every success in the next chapter of her career.

Frédéric Delooz returns

Following the return of Jean Kindermans as Head of the Academy, Frédéric Delooz has been reappointed as Head of Coaching.

Frédéric previously held this position after spending many years as a youth coach within the academy.

In his renewed role, he will once again be responsible for the guidance and development of the club's youth coaches and, together with Jean Kindermans, will oversee and safeguard RSC Anderlecht's youth development philosophy.
