Remco Evenepoel, Sporting Boy pur sang and double Olympic champion, kicked off the match against OH Leuven on Saturday. Remco was greeted with a loud applause by the fans, and was congratulated on the pitch by that other purple & white champion, Eddy Merckx. The opposing team also congratulated Remco on his wonderful performance, and presented flowers.

During his visit, Remco took the time to sign a Sporting Boy cycling shirt. This high-quality cycling shirt was released in collaboration with cycling brand Castelli in honor of Remco's first Tour de France.
