No league football but international fixtures on the agenda next week. For some purple-and-white players, this is a great opportunity to defend the colours of their country. Discover below which Sportingboys are heading out on international duty.

Kasper Dolberg has been called up for Denmark. The striker will play two World Cup qualifiers against Scotland and Greece during the upcoming international break. Nathan Saliba will feature for Canada in friendly matches against Romania and Wales.

Winger Nilson Angulo will represent Ecuador against Paraguay and Argentina. Yasin Özcan has been selected for the Turkish national team, who will play two 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Georgia and Spain. Mihajlo Cvetković faces a top clash with Serbia U21 against France.

Several talents from Neerpede have also been called up for their national sides. Ali Maamar and Anas Tajaouart are heading to a training camp with Morocco U20. Tristan Degreef will play with Belgium U21 against Belarus.

Nunzio Engwanda will join Belgium U19 in a friendly tournament in Wales. Nathan De Cat and Gassimou Sylla are off to Croatia with Belgium U18 for a training camp.

At the U17 level of the Red Devils, the Mauves are well represented. Five RSCA Futures players have been called up: Joshua Nga Kana, Jayden Onia Seke, Noa Ojea, Ilyas Benktib and Mattis Seghers. Meanwhile, Devon De Corte will defend the colours of the United States.
