Junior Brand Designer - RSCA Studio

Jr. Brand Designer / RSCA Studio

We're looking for a Junior Brand Designer (0-3 years of experience) to join RSCA Studio for a hands-on design role. The focus will be on day-to-day production, such as creating digital and print assets, working on templates and supporting the club’s brand, commercial and functional design needs beyond football.

About the role

RSC Anderlecht aims to be more than a football club. We live as a brand, a community, a stage or even a cultural platform. In many ways, we exist far beyond 90 minutes. Every season, we design experiences and concepts that live in the stadium, on merchandise, across our digital platforms and social media, in events or in the minds of millions of people.

You'll work on the Brand side of the club, shaping everything that RSC Anderlecht is beyond the game itself. Football is at the heart of everything we do, but this role is about building the club's brand and maintaining its identity, not following the first team's day-to-day activities or producing matchday content. You'll work for a brand rooted in football that lives far beyond the pitch. You'll work closely with our Brand Lead and Media team to bring greater consistency to everything we create.

As a Junior Brand Designer, you'll help bring any Marcom ideas to life.

You'll create and adapt digital assets, prepare print-ready files, build mockups and presentations, and support the everyday design needs of our Brand, Commercial and Hospitality teams.

Alongside this day-to-day production work, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to bigger creative projects sometimes. You might research references for future collaborations, explore directions for merchandise or support the team in developing a new stadium experience.

RSCA Studio, our in-house creative agency

RSCA Studio shapes how RSC Anderlecht looks, feels and evolves across every touchpoint. From brand campaigns and merchandise to socials, digital products, stadium branding, partnerships, print, presentations, kit design and matchday experiences, we build the identity of one of Europe's most historic football clubs.

We don't believe great brands are built through one big campaign or by following the industry. They're built through thousands of thoughtful decisions, made every single day to preserve its history and improve its future.

That's why we care as much about the presentation shown in a meeting as we do about a merchandise collection or our feed consistency. Everything communicates who we are.

We move fast. Sometimes extremely fast. But always as one team. We challenge each other's thinking, share references, question conventions and constantly look for better ways of making things.

Above all, we think ambition is the most valuable skill a designer can have.

Talent with intent

No two weeks are the same. The variety of projects and opportunities that come our way means we need someone with curiosity, personality and the ambition to learn faster than anyone else. We’re looking for someone who;

_sees design everywhere.

_is inspired by football or sports, but equally by fashion, architecture, photography, music, technology and contemporary culture.

_can produce the fiftieth asset with the same attention as the first.

_care about guidelines, consistency and details.

_understands that great creative work starts with great ideas but must end with flawless execution.

_collects references because they genuinely enjoy it.

_is open to feedback and understands that criticism makes the work better.

_understands that consistency is just as important as creativity.

_is curious about how things are made, not just how they look.

Something particularly valuable at the beginning of a design career, a wide range of completely different projects to work on.

Join us

We believe the strongest creative teams are built through different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where talent, curiosity and attitude matter more than following a traditional path. We work in a hybrid model and expect the team to be in our Neerpede office at least four days a week.

If this role speaks to you, we’d like to hear from you. Applications are open until 24 August.
