Job - Performance Coach 11v11
As an 11v11 Performance Coach, you play a key role in the physical development of our players within the upper age groups of the Academy. Together with the coaches, medical staff, and fellow performance specialists, you create an environment in which players can develop optimally and prepare for the physical demands of elite football. You translate RSCA’s performance vision into daily practice both on and off the pitch.
What will you do in practice?
- Prepare and supervise training sessions
- Monitor and support the physical development of players
- Track and manage training load
- Assist with testing and screening procedures
- Support return-to-play programs
- Collaborate with coaches on training periodization
- Report on and analyze maturity-related data
- Be present at a minimum of two training sessions per week
- Attend both home and away matches of your assigned team
Who are you?
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Movement Sciences (Exercise and Sports Sciences).
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a working knowledge of the other language.
- You are a strong communicator who is confident and assertive.
- You are a proactive team player.
- You have experience as a Performance Coach in elite football.
- You have a strong affinity with load monitoring, testing, and training periodization.
